Class Prices

Cost: $69 per person

Beginners Class: This class is designed for those who have had little to no experience with knitting needles. Our Instructors Sharn & Sophie will guide you through the knitting basics and terminology. They'll also get you started on your very own scarf.

Circular Needle Beanie Class: Circular knitting needles are 2 knitting needles that are connected by a cable which helps you to knit in round. Perfect for sweaters, hats and sleeves. In this class, you'll learn how to use these needles and get started on a cute beanie! This class is recommended for those with basic knitting knowledge and above.

Knitting Stitches 101 New to knitting? Discover the different types of knitting stitches! In the class you'll learn how to knit the Stockinette, Basket Weave & Seed Stitch in one class! Make an scarf using these 3 stitches and stun the fashion police! This class is perfect for those who've done our Beginners Class and/or has basic knitting knowledge.

Bookings and confirmation

Can I buy a ticket at the event?

No sorry, this is a pre-paid only event, as venue space is limited.

It is essential to provide the following with your booking:
Most frequently used email address
Mobile phone number

Once booked you will receive an email booking confirmation with the venue and Instructor's details for that event.
You will be alerted of any cancellations or changes via mobile phone (call or text).

Bookings close 24 hours before the event

Age Policy

Please note that any child under 16 who wishes to attend our events must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The parent/guardian does not need to participate in the class should they not want to, however they must be present in order to ensure the safety of their own child.
If the supervising parent/guardian does not wish to participate, when booking in please make a note that your child will be participating, their age and that a parent/guardian will be in attendance.

If you are unsure about booking a child in please call us on 1300 32 22 32 (Classie) to receive clarification.

Please note: Whilst we intend to provide equal attention to all participants, we do acknowledge that extra time is required for young children so we ask if the parent/guardian to assist our Instructor with their child when required.

Refunds and rescheduling

Perth Knitting Club requires the following notice:

Minimum five days for refunds

Minimum three days for rescheduling

Please Call Perth Knitting Club on 1300 32 22 32 (Classie) during business hours (9AM - 5PM AEST) to organise your refund or to reschedule.

Gift Vouchers

Perth Knitting Club has gift vouchers that can be bought via our website or call Classie on 1300 32 22 32 to buy one over the phone.

How to redeem a voucher:
Head to the website link as stated in your voucher
Click the “Redeem a Voucher” link
Enter in the unique voucher ID and Code
Or call us on 1300 32 22 32 to redeem over the phone.

Delivery Options
Once you have purchased a voucher, you can opt to have your voucher either:

Emailed to your nominated account
Posted out to either yourself or the recipient.
Please note: Email vouchers are delivered instantly (and can be printed for gifting), however postal vouchers can take up to 5 working days to arrive.

Vouchers purchased are valid for up to 36 months from the date of purchase. Please note that we will honour the purchase price for a voucher for a specific class, for up to 12 months. Thereafter, the voucher holder will need to pay any difference if the price of the class has increased.

Vouchers are non refundable or redeemable for cash

Minimum Class Requirements

Perth Knitting Club requires a minimum of 3 people for the class to successfully proceed.

If minimum class requirements are not met, you will be notified by Head Office via email and text.

Yarn donations

Got a hidden stash of yarn?
Want to knit some blankets for charity?

We recommend to ask your local library, community centre, hospital, pet shelter or aged care facility if they are in need of donations.

Our Facebook Group has a special post where our members can post about local charities that are looking for donations.

Otherwise, Knit4charities Website is an excellent site that can help you find a local charity that is in need.
